Possible New Job!

Morgan had put in his application as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at a local community college. Well he received word back that they were very interested in him and they wanted more information from him. It seems that they would actually be able to hire him on as an associate part-time professor. I really hope this goes through and he actually gets a job. Please keep us in your prayers that he might be able to obtain this job.

Two Years of Wedded Bliss!

This last week Morgan and I celebrated our two year anniversary and it gave me the time to reflect upon the things we have done in the last year. We have moved twice, had a child, went to school, lived in Columbus during the coldest winter of our lives and vow never to live above the Mason-Dixon line ever again, went to Vegas for a month, and probably many other things that I am forgetting. We've definitely had our fair share of ups and downs but through everything we made it longer than some in this world. I am thankful for Morgan and I haven't always appreciated everything that he has done or tried to do. He is working hard to keep our family safe and happy. I am grateful for making a priority to have a temple marriage. It sure does help to have that eternal perspective when things just seem to be going crazy. I am grateful for the year we've spent together and I am excited to see what the next year brings. Who knows maybe Morgan will finally land that job he's been looking for!

My Spunky Seven Month Old.

Lorraine Emily turned 7-months old this week and I thought I would post cute pictures of her.
Yeah I know I am cute.

Crawling to Mom to get that funny thing that keeps flashing.

Posing for Mom!

Oh hey Mom, didn't know that you were there.

She crawled into her carseat. Funny though, she puts up quite the protest when I put her in there.

First Time at the Park

It was a beautiful evening and I decided it would be time for Lorraine to go to the park. Although we didn't stay very long because most of the park items were still too big for her, we still had a great time. When we went Morgan was working on an application and said he would join us as soon as we were done.

Mommy and Lorraine

She wouldn't put her legs in the slots!
Smiling BIG!

What a cutie

Family Pictures

We finally went and got our pictures taken instead of our candid snapshot photos something that we(or at least I) have wanted to do for a long time.
